Do we have our own crew or do we hire subcontractors?

Both! As our business grows and we take on more projects we will become more reliant on our vetted high quality subcontractors. Project dependent, Ian may take on some or all of it himself.

How does the permitting process work?

We will be responsible for all necessary permits during your home renovation projects. Prior to beginning a project we will propose our project drawings and outline to your city architect/design team. If needed, they will come to a job site and provide us with necessary permits. They will check the project in progress and at the end to ensure all requirements are met. Some projects will not require a permit. We will communicate this information with you. We will be thorough in ensuring all permits are acquired and all city standards are met.

How long do projects take?

This depends on your specific case. Depending on the size of the project, our waitlist, and your availability for us to work on every project will vary. After finalizing all project details we will give you an estimated timeline and we will do everything in our power to ensure we meet or exceed it.
